Taylor directs digital sentience grantmaking at The Navigation Fund, where she also supports special projects across the fund’s other program areas. With experience spanning philanthropy, climate policy, and global development, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to advancing effective, future-oriented giving strategies. Prior to joining The Navigation Fund, Taylor held roles at The Rockefeller Foundation and the World Food Programme, and began her career in public service in the New Orleans Mayor’s Office. She has led work at the intersection of climate change, innovation, and cross-sector partnerships, and is passionate about supporting initiatives that drive systemic and inclusive progress. Taylor holds a Master of Arts in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she focused on climate, development, and democratic governance. She earned her BA in Political Science and Communications from Loyola University New Orleans.
